[SMAUG] Wizhelp Snippet

I just had an email conversation with Samson that reminded my of something 
that needs to be said, regarding the wizhelp snippet. I am not the original 
author of that snippet (indeed, I do not even use it, in my own mud). That 
was posted to the list about 3 years ago, or so and I just happened to have 
saved it. I never claimed to be the author of the snippet, and I think that 
it was just assumed that I was, because I've thrown it back up on the list 
a couple of times. At anyrate, I seem to remember that one or two others - 
besides Samson had posted it to their websites. If you have, and have 
listed me as author, that needs to be changed.
