1) Edit the player file and change the level to 65, or if in game and you 
have the god character simply type advance <character> level

2) Type aassign newdark or aassign new darkhaven, I forget the exact way to 
do it.
To unassign it from you type aassign none. If you make exits be sure to 
instaroom or instazone and folda your area.
