If im thinkin right that means that the seaelf is not allowed to wear it but it is as so i think Thoric said in the code "someone added some stuff here and this is a temporary fix".  My suggestion would be look for the code.

I get a bug on certain races but not on others when someone wears a piece of eq.  Example:

human:

<worn on shoulders> shoulder pads

 

sea-elf:

<BUG inform Kain> shoulder pads

 

Same piece of eq, fine on all the other races except sea-elf.

 

Any ideas?
